Launched in 1996 by Andy Spade, his philosophy for handbags were simple nothing too precious but not boring. So with an idea and a concept developed by him, his wife, and an art student they created the perfect, functional yet fun utility bags. Made of heavy waxed fabrics and canvases, Jack Spade was created.
