The special hybrid stone coating allows the pan to conduct heat faster for a quicker cooking time, and it's superbly non-stick too, allowing you cook without fats or oils - which of course minimises washing up time too. The coating is embellished with a rustic speckled marble finish that's scratch-resistant, even with metal utensils. The heavy duty 4 mm construction - consisting of a steel base, die cast aluminium core and, of course, the coating - makes it extremely durable and it's suitable for use with all hob types, including induction.
