The sheer to medium-coverage formula applies in two quick steps—simply stroke on the specially formulated color base then flip the tick and apply the clear gloss. How to use: Apply directly to clean, bare lips. Do not layer over other lip products as they will disable the long-wear attribute. Wait two minutes after applying the base before applying the clear gloss.
